After working as an accountant in China for many years, I came to Canada and wanted to change careers. During the pandemic, I enrolled in a software testing training program and participated in a software testing internship in July 2021. With the help of my teacher Harry and my supervisor from the internship, along with learning from my internship colleagues, I gained a solid understanding of the goals, methods, and techniques involved in software testing. In October of the same year, I successfully found a software testing job at a large local investment company.

After immigrating to Canada, I ran a restaurant and a laundry shop, but the income was unstable. In October 2015, I enrolled in Harry's software testing course. With his assistance, I secured an offer after my first interview. Now, with a strong technical skillset I was able to transition to a permanent position and received a raise twice in the same year.
